Work Experience: 8 - 10 years

Must Have Skills:

•Oracle Database Administration: In-depth knowledge of Oracle database administration (11g, 12c, 19c) and maintenance, including database architecture, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security.

•Disaster Recovery: Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution, including developing and implementing backup and recovery strategies, and testing disaster recovery plans.

•Oracle Apex installation, upgrade and troubleshooting skills

•Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) skills and troubleshooting knowledge in depth.

•Hands on experience in RMAN cloning. Data pump export & import

•Standby and Dataguard skills

•Db upgrade experience. (12C to 19C)

•OEM knowledge.

•DB patching skills.

•Cloning experience through RMAN, Datapump, Cold, Hot backup etc.

•Should work individually and to provide suggestions to the client in all aspects related to database support

Good To Have Skills:

Communication:

•Good communication skills to work collaboratively with other teams and to communicate effectively with customers.

•Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.

•Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) skills and troubleshooting knowledge in depth.

•Oracle Apex installation and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities:

•Maintains responsibility, accountability, and credibility in all work and research assignments and sustained ability to be highly self-motivated and directed

•Documentation and Reporting: Documenting project activities and maintaining accurate records, as well as generating reports to inform management and stakeholders about project status and issues.

•Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring system health and proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure high system availability and uptime.

•Cloning and Refreshing: Cloning and refreshing Oracle environments for testing, development, and production purposes.

•Supporting for database RAC environment and Apex installation, upgrade, troubleshooting.

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and web designs.
• Generate leads via email, social outreach, networking, and bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development role in digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience with online bidding and client acquisition via freelancing platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of web/mobile development is a plus.
• Ability to handle international clients and work independently.
