Primary responsibilities: Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and/or services Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include: Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include: Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products Developing quotes and proposals Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. So from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences, business development managers must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work. Business development professionals are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working. Skill Set required HTML 5, CSS3, AngularJs/ReactJs(Must have) - Worked extensively with skills like HTML5, CSS3, Angularjs, Bootstrap, Jquery, Node.js/D3. - Proficient understanding of web Markup - Develop new user facing features Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability - Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back end - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders - Solid experience with Javascript coding - JS framework experience - react/backbone/angularjs Familiar with sketch Roles and Responsibilities Proven knowledge of Sketch, html5, css, jquery Portfolio of design projects Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Willing to work for a start-up and go extra mile Good time-management skills

Front-End Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Ember etc., or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap AJAX Back-End API design and development CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) RESTful Services Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Server-side languages - PHP, NodeJS Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB. Web server technologies like Node.js,  Nginx, etc.
