.NET Software Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with hands-on experience in MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, .NET applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Work with MongoDB to design efficient data models and optimize queries.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React) to ensure seamless integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.
• Deploy applications on Azure/AWS (or other cloud platforms).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+).
• Strong experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing).
• Proficiency in Entity Framework Core or other ORMs.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with unit testing (xUnit/NUnit/Moq).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• GraphQL experience/exposure would be a plus

Required Capabilities:-

Primary Skills: .Net Core, ReactJS, Azure (Azure, Key Vault , Azure Function, Azure service bus, Azure Blob storage, Cosmos, App insights, App services)

• Significant software development experience in front-end, back-end, and cloud automation.
• Agile team experience, following best practices for architecture, design, and testing with high code quality.
• Proficient in .Net/C# programming and React.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Familiar with Redis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Azure Storage accounts and service bus.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud hosting.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Expertise in .Net API

1. As a part of ISA ERP development team Develop, test and implement scalable, maintainable, well documented, high-quality MVC / Web Application for Manufacturing or service industry.

2. The individual should have a good understanding of the Microsoft .NET Platform and MS SQL server and Stored procedures

3. Ensure adherence to standards of best engineering practice (code reviews, source code management, unit testing, etc.)

4. Help junior members in the team to get them up to speed and train them in coding practices.

• Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, Web API, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure
• Must have ReactJs with 2 projects experience or min 1.5 Years experience in ReactJS based Projects
• Troubleshooting & analysing skills
• Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program
• Good problem solving capabilities in Developed applications

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in ASP .NET with C# and VB.NET
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in SQL Server
• Must have experience working with SOAP and REST Web Services
• Must have experience with SSRS and SSIS
• Must have some experience with MVC framework and Angular JS
• Must be able to work with basic CSS and HTML
• Must be able to work with jQuery and JavaScript
• Experience with Reporting Services, WCF, etc. would be a strong positive

§ Develop and support applications through all phases of the project life cycle, including Design, Development, Testing Support and Release Support
