The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. As a MERN Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web solutions that enhance user experience and business functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the development and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and micro-services architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and DevOps practices.
