• Responsible for the Strategy, Roadmap, Architecture, Design, Engineering and Lifecycle Delivery of our End User Devices, ensuring they are current and meet the needs of the business.  These technologies include physical devices, Operating Systems, Device Software, printing and mobility services
•        SCCM, (Windows 10, MAC & Linux) desktops, Modern Endpoint Management, InTune, endpoint security
•        Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations
•        Skills in contributing to technical roadmaps for technologies supported by End users
•        High level understanding of all EUC technology namely SCCM, Nexthink, OS (Windows and Mac) , End point security , Privilege management  , Intune / JAMF
•        Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
•        Simplify the environment so our technology is current and delivers a great customer experience
•        Responsible for the management, prioritization and execution of demand
•        Engages with key Stakeholders and Customers to ensure these technologies meet customer needs.

•        Architecture governance for the Device portfolio to ensure all our technology solutions are designed and implemented to work seamlessly with our applications and infrastructure to deliver a great customer experience.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (P3)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable microservices and REST APIs while working in a collaborative agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Work on microservices architecture
• Implement event-driven systems using Kafka
• Handle database operations using JPA/Hibernate
• Collaborate with frontend teams (Angular)

• Identify and engage potential clients using Lead generation tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

2.      CRM & Data Management

• Create and automate Sales pipelines and sales life cycle.
• Upload, tag, and segment prospect data in Zoho CRM for streamlined tracking and reporting.
• Monitor inbound leads from website chatbot, form submissions, and incoming calls.

3.      Follow up, Conversion & Client Engagement

• Convert qualified leads into active customers through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Implement structured email and call strategies to drive engagement and sales conversion.
• Share weekly performance reports.

4.      Upselling & Network Expansion

• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
• Expand corporate network via LinkedIn and Meta to promote product offerings and strengthening relationships.
• Track warm leads and initiate timely, strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL or other database technology

Java Developer Requirements

·        Minimum 7 to 15years of experience in Java/J2EE
