• Responsible for the Strategy, Roadmap, Architecture, Design, Engineering and Lifecycle Delivery of our End User Devices, ensuring they are current and meet the needs of the business.  These technologies include physical devices, Operating Systems, Device Software, printing and mobility services
•        SCCM, (Windows 10, MAC & Linux) desktops, Modern Endpoint Management, InTune, endpoint security
•        Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations
•        Skills in contributing to technical roadmaps for technologies supported by End users
•        High level understanding of all EUC technology namely SCCM, Nexthink, OS (Windows and Mac) , End point security , Privilege management  , Intune / JAMF
•        Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
•        Simplify the environment so our technology is current and delivers a great customer experience
•        Responsible for the management, prioritization and execution of demand
•        Engages with key Stakeholders and Customers to ensure these technologies meet customer needs.
•        Manages our technology partners effectively to ensure that our services are optimized and cost effective
•        Lead a strong technical team to deliver the right technology services to the business to deliver a great customer experience across these services
•        Architecture governance for the Device portfolio to ensure all our technology solutions are designed and implemented to work seamlessly with our applications and infrastructure to deliver a great customer experience.
•        Work across the Infrastructure and Applications team to ensure effective lifecycle management so our IT tools and services are optimized for the business.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Zolvit 360 product. Zolvit 360 is a platform which leverages cutting-edge AI to help 10,000 Indian SMEs stay on top of compliances. Be it legal, accounting, tax or secretarial. As the Zolvit 360 PM, you will ensure Zolvit 360 is accurate, easy to use, and consistently engaging to drive monthly active users (MAU).

Key Responsibilities

1. Use Your Domain Expertise:

●    Apply your knowledge of Indian compliances to shape Zolvit 360’s features and workflows.

●    Spot opportunities for AI automation to make compliance filing simpler and faster.

●    Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure Zolvit 360 evolves to meet the latest requirements.

2. Build a Great Product:

●    Own the product roadmap, ensuring every update adds value and solves real user problems.

●    Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality features, on time.

●    Listen to users through feedback and research to improve the product.

●    Track product performance using analytics tools to measure success and make adjustments as needed.

3. Deliver Business Value:

Preferred Qualifications:

●    Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of product management experience

●    Alternatively, 2–3 years of product management experience in compliance-tech, with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of web

applications using Python and Flask, ensuring code quality, scalability, and

performance.

2. Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field.

Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Python developer, with a strong emphasis on

Flask.

Solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and best

practices.

Proficiency in database design and SQL, as well as experience with database

systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related

frameworks is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus.

• Establish Integrated Risk and Delivery Governance models, and oversight to monitor quality, targets, overrun and penalty
• Build process mapping for BPaaS describing the high level activities across Product Service Lines establish ETVX, role definition, gating criteria, SLAs, OLAs and RACI
• Design and ensure operational and compliance controls are implemented, tested and monitored
• Build core competency to carry out DEx BPaaS audits and assessments

EXPERIENCE

iOS Developer Requirements:

• BE, B Tech, ME, M Tech, MCA in Computer Science with 3-9 years of experience

• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in Objective-C/ Swift/ Cocoa Touch.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git
• Ability to work with crash analytics, CI/CD etc regarding iOS development
