Requirement 1: Sr. Sales Executive ( Internal Requirement- Only Female candidates)

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Direct/Perm Staffing and Contingent Staffing Sales for the USA market.
• Scadea Payroll

• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing, US Staffing.
• Additional Criteria: Must have stayed in the same company for over a year.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials for MERN Stack web application development.
• Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups in a classroom or online setting.
• Provide hands-on training on MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Teach how to use No SQL Database, REST API, and how to connect REST API with front-end applications.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and progress.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees throughout the training process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MERN Stack web application development.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop real-world scenarios and case studies for trainees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous JS, No SQL Database, and REST API.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translate product strategy into product goals, its road-map and delivers goals in line with product strategy
• Creating elaborate mock-ups and wireframes with industry standard prototyping tools
• Defining success metrics and analysing product performance
• Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to day-to-day operations in the product life-cycle.
• Working closely with the Engineering team to deliver on the agreed timelines and removing internal/external hurdles
• Groom and manage a team of product managers and analysts

Desired Skills/ Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management
• First principle thinking and a strong execution mentality
• Data driven with strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations.
• Familiarity with iterative development principles and practices - breaking complex problems into small, achievable slices for early and frequent delivery.
• Experience with usability studies and user research.
• Strong collaboration & effective communication skills.
• Comfortable with analytics tools like Firebase, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc. and knowledge of SQL

• Any previous experience with software development
• Built products from scratch or previous experience at working at a start-up
