Mandatory Skills
- 6-8 years SAP FICO support experience, including data modeling, extractions, staging, loading, transformations, and reporting.
- Core FI/CO configuration: GL, AP/AR, AA, Bank Accounting; CO sub-modules like Cost Element (creation/planning), Cost Center (planning/assessment/distribution/reporting), Internal Orders (types/planning/settlement), Product Costing (settings/standard/settlements/ML), COPA (structure/segments/flow/assessment/reports).
- Expertise in cross-module integrations: FI-MM/WM/SD/PP/PS.
- RICEF development, enhancements/user-exits, and strong knowledge of month/year-end activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- S/4HANA experience with Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and ITSM tools.
- Excellent communication for multinational teams, BRD analysis, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Bachelor's in relevant field; ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
