### Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling IT technology products or solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience working with or within manufacturing plants, with a deep understanding of production processes, supply chain, and operational challenges.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.)
- **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with IT products such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT platforms, automation software, and cloud solutions.
