The opportunity: Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis on large volumes of data to identify trends and/or data processing rules

• Team player of core analytics team.

• Responsible for weekly and monthly Sales/Marketing Reports on Gross and Net basis and other adhoc reports.

• Generating reports on daily basis at all stages ·

• Analyze the data to come out with insights on what leads to better conversions, student preferences, role on various

investments and channels, optimizing the spend etc.

• Prepare reports and dashboard for various business functions to keep track of important business metrics.

• Elicit and document requirements at various levels including Business, Logical and Physical/Technical

Skill Sets

• Good hands-on Advanced Excel & SQL.

• Has extensively worked on live Dashboards, reporting, data manipulation and making flat tables in SQL

• Knowledge in Python/R

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Natural curiosity and self-drive to understand the broader business in order to provide the appropriate reporting support

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Principal Product Designers, Business Teams, Product and Tech teams to deliver high impact data-driven design solutions.
• Creating cohesive style guides ensures a consistent design language is applied across the product.
• Designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Simplify complex user interactions, highlight the product’s brand and unique personality.

Requirements

• 4 - 8 years of experience in product designing.
• Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.
• A design portfolio demonstrating design principles, problem-solving approach and the solution for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Figma design tool and familiarity with other design tools including but not limited to: Sketch, adobe application or micro interaction tools.
• A strong foundation in visual and interaction design.
• Expertise with mobile and consumer facing UX design.
• Good knowledge in design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, and the ability to take on a structured approach in solving problems.
• Effective team player, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
