As a senior front-end developer, our primary requirement is that you are proficient in React Native.
Apart from that the job entails:
- Building new features (while squashing bugs) for our growing mobile app to extend device support especially across the Android ecosystem
- Architect elegant and maintainable code with support from the team
- Collaborate with design, data, and other teams to build beautiful interfaces that look great and run smoothly
- Guide and improve the technical direction of mobile, bolstering the technical foundational, improving performance, and re-architecting.

- Appium or Detox
- You have experience in testing a range of mobile applications and defining mobile testing strategies
- Proficient in end-to-end testing for both Android and iOS applications (React Native)

- Has experience working in product teams, more specifically mobile and web consumer-facing products
- Experience using CI/CD tools is a plus

* 3+ years of experience with web development building good quality production software
* Proficiency in at least one of: Ruby/Rails or Elixir/Phoenix (Good working knowledge of Elixir, OTP or OO programming)
* Gained good knowledge of working with APIs and performance optimisation to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
* Familiar with data stores like PostgreSQL & Redis
* You write clean code, automate and continuously deploy it in fast development cycles.
* Experience in designing and building scalable and distributed systems
* Experience with CICD using Gitlab or AWS CodePipeline/CodeDeploy (Exposure to AWS is highly desirable)
* You are proactive and pay attention to the security, scalability, performance, availability and usability of systems
