Job Requirements:

• Manage and docket Intellectual Property (IP) filings, deadlines, review attorney invoices, and work closely with the company’s Patent Counsel
• Conduct prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses and analyze patents, scientific papers, and documents
• Prepare, draft, and file patent applications and draft responses to office actions
• Administer new/renewal IP filings and prepare/coordinate documentation for internal stakeholder review
• Coordinate invention disclosure documents, internal discussions, and provide guidance on a variety of patent and IP-related issues
• Serve as a liaison between inventors, Emerging Technology, and outside counsel
• Provide ongoing guidance to the business teams regarding invention disclosures, prior art searches, inventorship, and IP guidance
• Develop and maintain excellent partnerships with internal and external parties to build efficiencies, successful project deadlines, and best practices for internal IP
• Identify opportunities for improvement and apply best practice principles and concepts where appropriate

React Native Developer:

Exp-5 to 8 Years Location -Bangalore

• Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

3.Software development processes –A-SPICE V-cycle

4.Experience with development of control units for the automotive industry, especially experience with the development based on AUTOSTAR basic software.
