About the role

Client is hiring an Oracle Technical/Integration Consultant to design and deliver integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and eCommerce systems (OMS, WMS, TMS, payment gateways, CRM). You will lead integration design, development and support for large-scale financial transformation and eCommerce flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and OMS/WMS/TMS/eCommerce platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Define integration architecture, data flows and error-handling strategies for high-volume eCommerce transactions.
• Implement and manage integrations on OIC, Oracle SOA Suite, API Gateway, BPEL and OCI.
• Lead technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders; translate business requirements into integration specs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure high availability and SLA adherence.
• Support financial transformation initiatives and coordinate with finance teams on mapping and reconciliation.
• Ensure security, compliance and data governance for all integrations.
• Create technical docs, runbooks and handover materials; mentor junior engineers.

Required (must-have)

• 5–10 years experience in enterprise integrations with hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure (Finance/Procurement/Supply Chain).
• Experience integrating OMS, WMS, TMS and eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on with REST & SOAP APIs, BPEL, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle API Gateway.
• Experience with OCI and PaaS deployment patterns.
• Proven track record in at least one large-scale financial transformation or ERP integration project.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bengaluru-based or willing to commute — hybrid 3 days office.

Preferred

• Oracle certification (OIC / ERP / SOA).
• Experience with BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder.
• Prior product-company experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices.

What you will do:

• Build, enhance, administer and maintain Windows server, Active Directory and related infrastructure and services hosted in AWS cloud.
• Build, enhance, administer and maintain related applications and services hosted in Azure cloud, including EntraID, M365, Teams.
• Leverage technology (i.e. AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins etc.) to automate and build “infrastructure as code” and CI/CD pipelines to support new and existing applications. Ensure that the target design accounts for disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Administer infrastructure and systems, such as Windows server, Active Directory, SCCM, Virtual Desktop (Amazon Workspaces), shared drives (FSx), public key infrastructure (PKI) etc.
• Integrate Microsoft infrastructure with IAM systems (Okta, Saviynt, EntraID), device trust systems (Workspace ONE), corporate wired and wireless networks etc.
• Manage users and groups, configure and deploy group policy objects to workstations.
• Patch Windows servers and workstations.
• Automate workflows to improve accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage the appropriate technology (like Windows server logs, AWS CloudWatch, Elasticsearch/Kibana) to gather metrics and monitor the health/utilization of the infrastructure, and ensure high availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, end user facing documents, run books and production change records.
• Support the corporate network team.

• Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bamboo or Concourse and usage in conjunction with IaaC automation tools and source code management software like Github.
• Experience in authoring and maintaining complex scripts to automate tasks.
• Experience in Powershell required. Experience in other scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Go or Perl is a plus.

The Accounts Consolidation and Reporting Manager will oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments and projects within the engineering and construction company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing comprehensive financial reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Financial Consolidation:

o  Consolidate financial data from multiple business units and projects to prepare consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

o  Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is consolidated on time.

2.      Financial Reporting:

o  Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

o  Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods.

3.      Compliance & Internal Controls:

o  Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities.

o  Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial information.

4.      Collaboration with Project Teams:

o  Work closely with project managers and departmental heads to gather financial data and ensure that project-specific costs are accurately reflected in the consolidated reports.

5.      Audit & Financial Reviews:

o  Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring financial records are audit-ready.

o  Assist in identifying any financial discrepancies and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
