Job Description

Position: ERP Implementation Consultant

Department: Implementation

Qualification: Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a science-related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: West Bengal and Odisha Region (Candidate must be willing to travel PAN India, if required)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success, adhering to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals, coordinating with various teams and technical personnel throughout all project phases, from initial development to final implementation.
• Take responsibility for the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the project team.
• Design new solutions and analyze them based on industry-specific requirements, focusing on sectors like Real Estate and Construction.
• Coordinate and influence the deployment communication plans, including the "Go Live" process.
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain consistent communication regarding project progress and updates.
• Willingness to travel PAN India to support project implementation and client needs, if required.

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in client-facing environments.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business knowledge of the Real Estate and Construction domain.
• Innovative approach to identifying client pain points and providing tailored solutions.
• End-to-end ERP implementation expertise.
• Knowledge in lead management and CRM specifically for the construction industry.
• Ability to lead discussions, document meeting notes, and circulate minutes to all stakeholders.
• Competence in preparing and presenting status reports to clients and management.
