Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced and skilled IBM MQ Administrators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IBM MQ, IBM WebSphere, and associated middleware technologies.

This role involves managing and maintaining the messaging infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable communication between applications across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer, monitor, and support IBM MQ infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, and Apache environments.
• Configure and maintain AppConnect integrations.
• Perform regular system health checks, maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Monitor message queues, logs, and system performance for timely issue resolution.
• Work in a multi-shift environment and provide on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support deployments and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems.
• Conduct quality audits, analyses, and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures
• Develop and implement checklists for quality documentation and inspection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects.
• Evaluate the efficiency of existing quality systems and recommend improvements.

Tasks:

·      You will take part in the design of the architecture and the development of modern software-based applications in the back-end (Node.JS, TypeScript, Nest.JS)

·      You help manage IoT-to-Cloud services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP

Requirements:

·      Bachelor or Master student in an IT-related field of study

·      Ability to holistically conceive applications in multiple technologies in the backend

·      Experience in agile software development with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.JS and ideally Nest.JS

·      First experiences in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Candidate will be responsible for test execution of LTE protocol and performance, analyze and report software defects, interwork with development teams in identifying a potential fix and retest fixes. 
• Should be having good analysis skills with a sound understanding of LTE Concepts. 
• Responsibilities include test execution- with failure root cause analysis System acquisition, LTE Protocol testing. 
• The candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging. 
• Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE capable phones. 
• Candidate must be reliable regular with good work ethics. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication 
• 3 to 8 years plus experience in the 4G/5G domain

Responsibilities -

• Collaborate with the development team to understand data requirements and identify potential scalability issues.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and analyse large - volumes of data from various sources.
• Optimize data models and database schemas to improve query performance and reduce latency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of our Cassandra database on Azure Cosmos DB, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and distributed systems.

Qualifications & Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing and optimizing large-scale data systems.
• Strong proficiency in working with NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Azure Cosmos DB.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems, Data modelling, Data Warehouse Designing, and ETL Processes.
• Detailed understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
• Good to have knowledge on any visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP landscape (SAP ECC, SLT, BW, HANA etc).
• Good to have experience on Data Migration Project.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain domain would be a plus.
• Familiarity with software architecture (data structures, data schemas, etc.)

Role Description:

1. Work Experience: Should have work experience in Telco / ISP service Provider background
2. Should have experience in Planning and Operations of Broadband network.
3. Should Lead a Team and Manage Day to Day NOC Operation.
4. Manage Outages in the Network and Provide resolution within SLA; Handle Customer Escalation with Minimal Turnaround time.
5. Escalating Issues and Co-ordinating with vendor team on Bug fixes and Resolutions.
6. Maintain the Uptime of the network at 100%.
7. Should Monitor the Network and planning maintenance activities timely.
8. Should work on building redundancy and elimination of Point of Failures.

Technical Requirements:

1. Should have Good Knowledge of Switching and Routing.
2. Hands-on experience of BGP, MPLS, MPLS L2VPN, MPLS L3VPN, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, DHCP, PPPoE, STP, LAN, WAN, NAT etc
3. Should have worked in Layer-2 and Layer-3 Switches, Edge Routers; preferably on Cisco and Huawei Devices.
4. Should have worked on GPON Technology and have understanding of Operation and Troubleshooting skills, hands on experience on installation and implementation of OLTs and ONTs.
5. Should have worked on NMS Tools and have understanding of SNMP Protocol.
6. Should have understanding of BNG workings principles, RADIUS and Diameter protocols.
7. Should have Good understanding of Fiber Technology.
8. Should have understanding of Wireless Technologies such as 802.1b/g/n, 802.11ac, should be able to configure WIFI routers and debug issues.
9. Must have done BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Electrical Engineering
10. CCNA/CCNP Certification is Preferred.
