- Should be having good analysis skills with a sound understanding of LTE Concepts.
- Responsibilities include test execution- with failure root cause analysis System acquisition, LTE Protocol testing.
- The candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging.
- Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE capable phones.

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via IVR (inbound calls), chat, and email.
