Role Overview

Avillion Farms is looking for a talented 3D Architectural Visualizer with experience in Luxury Villa, Farm House, and High-end Residential Projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating realistic interior and exterior visualizations, 3D models, and presentation renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D Interior & Exterior visualizations for luxury farm house and villa projects.
• Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Work with accurate feet & inches measurements and architectural dimensions.
• Create realistic renders with proper materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
• Prepare walkthroughs and client presentation visuals.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams.
• Understand design concepts and convert ideas into realistic visual outputs.
• Make revisions based on client and project requirements.

Required Skills

JOB SUMMARY:  The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics Manager by proposing relevant analytics procedures/tools, executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits, continuous monitoring/auditing and IA initiatives. The individual’s responsibilities include -

Understanding audit and/or project objectives and assisting the manager in preparing the plan and timelines.

Working with the Process/BU/IA teams for gathering requirements for continuous monitoring/auditing projects.

Coaching other data analysts on analytics procedures, coding and tools.

Taking a significant and active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.

Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.

Responsibilities

- As a Security & Azure DevOps engineer technical specialist you will be responsible for advising and assisting in the architecture, design and implementation of secure infrastructure solutions

Role:

As an Android Developer who would work independently, the candidate is expected to actively acquire problems and deliver solutions. The role would include custom web application development on (most typically on React.js, Angular), version control (github), testing (necessarily through test scripts written before code is written), daily builds and eventual deployment.
