Role: General Manager - Revenue Growth (Media)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute media barter deals to maximize revenue and inventory utilization.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and advertising agencies, in PAN India.

3. Work closely with brands and agencies to align barter deals with their advertising needs.

4. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business connections.

Qualification and Skills:

1. 8-15 years of experience in any form of media sales, barter deals, or advertising sales.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred.

3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
