Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality code for our software projects. You should have strong expertise in Python programming and extensive experience with microservices architecture. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Python developer, with a focus on building robust and scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience working with related technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS, service discovery,Jenkins).
• Solid knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g. Django) and libraries commonly used in microservices development.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with third-party API integrations.
• Proficiency in database systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Responsibilities •Deliver leadership to the highest possible standards on all loyalty/CRM related activity to the account: both thought and execution leadership is sought. •Manage all financial matters regarding the account, including deliverables within budgets and revenue targets. Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in building enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.

Responsibilities:

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Build a deep understanding of the assigned account's business and identify potential opportunities.
• Build the pipeline for the existing and new services.
• Be the Primary contact to the assigned account and ensure the relationship is built at all levels.
• Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet the account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and work with the counterpart on the delivery side
• Own the account and perform the Account Analytics to be able to create growth
• Make sure the CRM is up to date.
• Ensure Account level metrics exist and run a monthly/quarterly steering committee meeting with the stakeholders on both sides
• Own the contract process with all the accounts
• Ensure the client has the complete visibility of all the Aspire services with periodic updates
