What you’ll actually do (no fluff)

• Build core product features end-to-end (backend, logic, edge cases, scale)
• Own parts of the system — not “tickets”, but decisions
• Work on performance-critical flows (orders, webhooks, queues)
• Debug real production issues with real consequences

What we’re looking for

You should have:

• 5–7 years of real production experience
• Experience building systems that didn’t fall apart at scale
• Comfort debugging messy, real-world issues
• Good judgment > fancy abstractions
• Ability to work independently without constant direction

What will you Own?

As a Customer Support Executive, your key responsibilities will be to promptly respond to customer queries via tickets and chat, closing tickets with proper and timely follow-ups.

Responsible for proactively contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by implementing strategies and initiatives aimed at improving CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.

Meet SLAs for all raised tickets, create a knowledge base for recurring issues, promptly report technical issues to relevant teams, and maintain high-quality responses for each handled ticket.

We are looking for a hands-on Android Developer to join our mobile team. The apt applicant must have Android software development skills, a passion for delivering high-quality, rock-solid apps. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
