Key Responsibilities:

• Manage External IT Partners: Oversee relationships with external IT partners, especially a Microsoft Partner. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and goal alignment.

• Develop Systems, Policies, and Procedures: Design and implement strategies for IT systems, policies, and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate Software Releases and Upgrades: Work with technical teams and end-users to manage new software releases, bug fixes, and upgrades, ensuring minimal operational disruption.

• Support and Enhancement Requests: Review and prioritize support and enhancement requests based on business needs. Facilitate resolutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Programming in AL, C/AL, & C/SIDE: Customize and develop functionalities within Dynamics NAV/BC using AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE programming languages.

• Oversee Technical Lifecycles: Manage the entire technical lifecycle of IT projects from conceptualization to implementation, including bespoke module development.

• Code Review and 3rd Line Support: Conduct code reviews and provide third-line support to ensure IT solution quality and reliability, addressing complex technical issues.

• Integrate Third-Party Solutions: Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various IT systems and third-party solutions to enhance functionality and performance. 

Required Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.

• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• MS Dynamics NAV Background: Strong background in MS Dynamics NAV environments.

• C/SIDE and C/AL Proficiency: Expertise in C/SIDE and C/AL programming, particularly in pipeline configuration.

• SQL Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with SQL for database interactions and data-related tasks within Dynamics NAV/BC is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Data Science and Data Analyst Trainer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on industry and/or teaching experience. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex data concepts, mentor aspiring professionals, and deliver effective training programs in data analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools.

• Collection creation, access method tuning, sharding implementation, index creation, and debugging query execution to obtain top database performance.
• Execute DB upgrades on time
• Configuration of MongoDB instances, Schema and MongoDB modelling
• Table design, index utilisation, design indexing strategies , query plan analysis and Optimise performance issues
• Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions based on specifications
• Implement appropriate indexes (B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement
• Implement Mongo Management Service for automating a variety of tasks, including backup/recovery and performance management
• Recommend and implement best practices for Rest API integration framework/model

• 3+ years of recent hands-on Java development

• Understanding of database fundamentals and advanced SQL knowledge
• In-depth understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns

• It’s a startup. So, you’ll be expected to set up all initial IT Systems and Platforms from scratch.
• Research, test and deploy new solutions based on the requirements of different department across the company - Admin, HR, IT, Accounts, Sales, Client Relations, Marketing & Design.
• Manage - Monitor, maintain, develop, upgrade, and support all current and future IT systems, including workstations, operating systems, databases, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.

• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.

• We prioritise skills over degrees but B.E (Computer Science/ Computer Engg/ IT Engg.), MCA or equivalent education and experience is a bonus.
• Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment.
• Previous experience building and supporting Operational and Business Support Systems is desired. From Ordering and Quoting tools, to Billing systems and invoicing.
• Some sort of certification and/or training on Mac based IT systems is, highly desired.
