Review Criteria

• Strong Azure DevOps Engineer Profiles.
• Must have minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer with strong exposure to Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
• Must have strong experience in designing and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, including end-to-end automation of build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Must have hands-on scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps YAML-based CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployments.
• Manage Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts.
• Implement Git branching strategies and automate release workflows.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for DevOps automation.
• Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch and handle incidents.
• Collaborate with dev and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and participate in root cause analysis.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML) and Git.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (OCI/AWS exposure is a plus).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Good scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible experience.
• Comfortable with WFO (Koramangala, Bangalore).

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate is someone who loves solving reliability challenges, automating everything, and ensuring seamless delivery across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS/GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build, automate, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Configure and manage automation tools and workflows using Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement best practices for code management, release processes, and DevOps standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve build pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Write scripts in Python/Bash to automate operational tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in AWS or GCP cloud services.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, service mesh, packaging).
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
• Good knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Strong scripting skills using Python or Bash.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and security best practices.

GCP Cloud Engineer:

• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell). Knowing python is must.
• Collaborate with teams across the company (i.e., network, security, operations) to build complete cloud offerings.
• Design Disaster Recovery and backup strategies to meet application objectives.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field related to Computer Science.
• Pride in developing high-quality solutions and taking responsibility for their maintenance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of the following technologies: Kubernetes, PowerShell or bash scripting, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines or similar automation systems, Git.
• Familiarity with the Cloud–Native Landscape. Terraform, Ansible, and Helm are tools we use daily.
• Supportive towards users.

• A background in DevOps, ICT, or technical support.
• Customer support experience or other relevant work experience, including internships.
