Oracle Cloud HCM Technical 

Experience- 6 – 12 years 

Location- Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai 

1.Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least 2 of the following tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, 

BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula 

2.In depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules:

Role: HCM Oracle Cloud Implementation

JD:

Expereince in Data extraction from Oracle HCM EBS and Data load through HDL in Oracle HCM cloud

•            Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications

•            Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar Cloud products

•         Experience in configuring workforce compensation plans
•        Experience with creating compensation change statement and should be able to create security roles
•        Experience in HDL and fast formula

•            Experience working with global users and teams

•            Work with business users and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, etc.

•            Work with offshore team

•            Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)

•            Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live

1. Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant,
   core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, OTL and SSHR,
   Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools (HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL,
   BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices)

• Document technical and functional specifications
• Perform unit testing of objects/ solutions created
• Perform configuration, integration, and personalizations in Oracle HCM EBS/Cloud
• Work in a functional and technical capacity and analyze business requirements, design, develop and deploy solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Explore & investigate the client's pain areas, extend the scope, and keep the client satisfied

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
• 30% Functional and 70% Technical
• Strong experience in core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, OTL and SSHR
• Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices
• Able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area
• Good communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the business process and capability to understand business requirements.

• 5+yrs with WINDOWS DRIVER DEVELOPMENT in is MUST

• Hands on EXP in C++ Programming is MUST

• Understanding of FIRMWARE and HARDWARE DESIGN principles.

• EXP in LAPTOP and DESKTOP domain

• Hands on EXP in JENKIN and GITHUB

• EXP or understanding of FIRMWARE DESIGN TOOLS and LANGUAGES.
