Role: HCM Oracle Cloud Implementation
JD:
Expereince in Data extraction from Oracle HCM EBS and Data load through HDL in Oracle HCM cloud
• Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications
• Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar Cloud products
- Experience in configuring workforce compensation plans
- Experience with creating compensation change statement and should be able to create security roles
- Experience in HDL and fast formula
• Experience working with global users and teams
• Work with business users and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, etc.
• Work with offshore team
• Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)
• Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live
