Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various front desk responsibilities. This includes addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  - Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  - Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining their availability records.

2. Appointment Management:

  - Efficiently coordinating and fixing appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability.

3. Feedback Collection:

  - Soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided.

4. Health Insurance Recommendation:

  - Offering guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients.

5. Diagnosis Guidance:

  - Providing basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools(IaS) like Terraform and Cloud Formation.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies and architectures (Docker/ Kubernetes), Ci/CD pipelines.
• Good experience in Javascript.
• Expertise in Linux / Windows environment.
• Good Experience in Scripting languages like PowerShell / Bash/ Python.
• Proficiency in revision control and DevOps best practices like Git

Job Description

Counseling the students over the study abroad options & training products of Jamboree.

Being a part of the Inside sales team, the incumbent will be required to ensure maximum on-spot closures from the prospective leads.

Making outbound calls on all the prospective leads generated through various sources.

Meeting weekly/monthly/annual sales targets.

Regular follow-ups with students and parents.

Timely updation of MIS and other dashboards

About Client : Our client is an American company that develops, manufactures and sells solar micro-inverters, energy generation monitoring software and battery energy storage products

The Back-End engineer will develop, maintain, architect & expand cloud microservices. Codebase uses Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, REST APIs, MySQL. Applications are dockerized and hosted in AWS using plethora of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

• Programming in Java + Spring Boot
• REST API with JSON, XML etc. for data transfer
• Multiple database proficiency including SQL and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)

• Month-end closure including General Ledger, Intercompany entries

Requirements

• Qualified CA with at least 2 years post qualification, industry experience
