Oracle Integration Cloud Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior OIC Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OIC, relational databases, and integrations across Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Transportation Management. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, lead project execution, and collaborate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3.

• Convert business and functional requirements into integration designs, technical specifications, mappings, and implementation plans.

• Build and maintain integrations between OIC, OCWMS, Oracle Fusion, OTM, relational databases, and other enterprise systems.

• Work with REST, SOAP, database adapters, file-based integrations, transformations, mappings, lookups, error handling, and monitoring capabilities in OIC.

• Lead small to medium integration work streams, coordinate with cross functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and production support for integration issues.

• Follow integration best practices for security, reusability, scalability, observability, documentation, and change management.

• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, developers, and support teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Must-Have Skills

 • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Gen3.

• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.

• Experience integrating OIC with OCWMS, Oracle Fusion.

 • Experience leading a project or integration work stream.

• Ability to convert requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.

• Good understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, API-based integrations, error handling, monitoring, and debugging.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Functional knowledge of OCWMS, Oracle Transportation Management, and Oracle Fusion applications.

• Awareness of AI capabilities in Oracle Integration Cloud, including natural language-assisted development, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and OCI AI service actions.

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and cloud-native integration approaches.

 • Oracle Integration Cloud certification.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including basic understanding of OCI services, security, connectivity, and deployment concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in integration development, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is required.

• Experience in Oracle SCM, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or enterprise application integration projects will be an advantage.

• Total Experience:10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning environments.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Specialized Expertise: Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of the Oracle Fusion Demand Planning module from readiness to go-live.
• Cross-Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of how Demand Planning integrates with broader Cloud SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules.
• Leadership: Proven ability to operate independently as an SME, steering the project roadmap rather than just executing tasks.

Responsibilities

 Define and maintain EDI communications & design, ensuring the architecture

supports global scalability and high availability across all business units.

 Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of complex EDI integrations using

Oracle EDI modules, Oracle integration cloud (OIC) and Cleo Integration Cloud

(CIC).

 Manage and optimize communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, API) and

oversee the onboarding of new trading partners (customers and suppliers).

 Collaborate with IT developers and ERP specialists to integrate EDI workflows

with ERPs like Oracle, ensuring data integrity across the transactions.

 Oversee the creation and maintenance of complex EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT)

and translation rules to meet diverse partner requirements.

 Conduct thorough analysis of existing EDI processes to identify latencies or

manual touchpoints, implementing automated solutions to improve operational

efficiency.

 Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and coordinate User

Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new partner integrations or system upgrades.

 Provide Tier 3 technical support for EDI failures and mentor junior

analysts/developers on EDI best practices and standards.

Personal Characteristics

 Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex integration failures and design long-

term architectural fixes rather than temporary patches.

 Advanced ability to translate technical EDI concepts into business language for

stakeholders and executives.

 Proven track record of building trusting relationships with cross-functional teams,

including Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.

 Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, specifically regarding data

mapping and compliance with global messaging standards.

 Self-motivated individual who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of the

entire B2B integration lifecycle.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced EMS environment with shifting priorities and

diverse customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or

equivalent experience in related field.

 5+ years of experience in EDI architecture and development.

 Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EDI/E-Business Suite and Cleo

(CIC) is preferred.

 Deep knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication

protocols (AS2, FTP/S, API).

 Prior experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) or High-Tech

Manufacturing industry is a must.

 Strong grasp of supply chain business processes, including Demand Planning,

Manufacturing Operations, and Intercompany transactions.

 Familiarity with SQL, XML, and JSON; experience with ERP-integrated EDI is

essential.

 Understanding of secure data transmission standards and B2B security best

practices.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning & Order Management Consultant/Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and production support across Oracle Fusion Planning and Order Management modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Order Management, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, along with good understanding of RICE components and Oracle Cloud best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning and Order Management implementation, configuration, and support.
• Configure Order Management including order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and O2C processes.
• Configure Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP, including planning parameters, demand/supply plans, forecasting methods, and exception management.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud standard solutions with minimal customization.
• Lead business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional solution designs.
• Prepare functional specifications, RICE specifications, and lean design documents.
