Experience and Skills:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
- 30% Functional and 70% Technical
- Strong experience in core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, OTL and SSHR
- Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices
- Able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area
- Good communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the business process and capability to understand business requirements.

Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.
Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality

Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same
in productivity meetings.
Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production
targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical
design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work
order and for clarifications on design parameters during production
Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination
with the HR function
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training
sessions.
Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to

Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the
engineering function
Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and
reduction in operational expenses / overheads
Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through

Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum
