ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end paid acquisition and revenue growth at Miror. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a performance team. The ideal candidate brings a revenue-first mindset, sharp analytical thinking, and deep hands-on expertise in scaling D2C sales through paid media and performance-led growth strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue Strategy & Commercial Ownership
· Own the paid marketing P&L — set and deliver revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets across all paid channels.
· Build full-funnel campaign architectures aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
· Forecast budgets and revenue projections in partnership with the business and product teams.
· Drive sales growth across D2C, marketplaces, and app ecosystems through performance-led strategies.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimisation
· Lead execution and optimisation of campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
· Continuously iterate on audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and creative formats.
· Run structured A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise conversion.
· Implement and maintain event tracking, pixel setups, and conversion APIs for accurate measurement.
3. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
· Monitor daily and weekly performance — take decisive corrective action to protect KPIs and revenue.
· Build executive-level dashboards and reports highlighting key insights, wins, and growth opportunities.
· Measure incrementally, optimise attribution models, and focus on LTV-driven growth over short-term ROAS.
· Leverage data to identify revenue leakages and unlock untapped audience or channel opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
· 5–8 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google performance campaigns for a D2C or e-commerce brand.

- Strong B2C Performance Marketing Profile
- Must have 3+ YOE in managing performance marketing in at least 1 of Google ads campaigns (Search, Display, Universal App Campaigns UAC)
