In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project execution while ensuring that all creative outputs meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and delivery expectations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with creative teams, understanding design quality, and contributing to efficient and high-standard project execution at scale.
Candidates from Journalism, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related creative fields would be a strong fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the end-to-end coordination of creative projects from briefing to delivery
2. Review creative outputs against defined guidelines, requirements, and brand standards
3. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and quality gaps in deliverables
4. Ensure accuracy in visual structure, consistency, and overall output quality
5. Provide clear, structured feedback to designers for improvements
6. Maintain documentation of reviews, feedback, and corrective actions
7. Track project progress, timelines, and delivery status across multiple tasks
8. Collaborate with design and project teams to improve workflows and efficiency
9. Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables
