Job Title: Public Relations & Communications Manager

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹75,000 per month

Reporting To: PR Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead and execute communication initiatives that enhance the organization’s visibility, reputation, and outreach. The ideal candidate will manage media relations, content creation, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement while aligning all communication efforts with the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences (devotees, donors, partners, media)
• Ensure consistency in communication across all channels

2. Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements
• Pitch stories and secure positive media coverage

3. Content Creation

• Create high-quality content including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, and social media posts
• Develop communication materials for events, campaigns, and outreach programs

4. Event Promotion & Coordination

• Plan and execute promotional strategies for events and campaigns
• Coordinate media coverage, photography, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for branding and messaging

5. Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and optimize content
• Track engagement metrics and improve performance

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for partners, NGOs, government bodies, and community members
• Build strategic relationships to expand outreach

7. Reputation & Crisis Management

• Monitor public perception and media coverage
• Handle media inquiries and crisis communication professionally

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports on PR performance, campaigns, and social media analytics
• Use data insights to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience handling media and digital platforms

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations

• Translate business requirements into system solutions

• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives

• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects

• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

• Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

• Provide solutions to pre-sales teams and present solutions to customers

Requirements

• 9-14 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform

• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing and Community Clouds

• Knowledge of Manufacturing & Consumer Goods clouds is an added advantage

• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions

• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture

• Familiarity with standard authentication mechanisms.

• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different busines

• Working towards organic search optimization and ROI maximisation
• Regularly performing thorough keywords research
• Identifying key SEO KPIs
• Monitoring redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Preparing and presenting reports regularly
• Identifying our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identifying problems and deficiencies and implementing solutions in a timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

• Core expertise in advanced SEO- including but not limited to on-page SEO, off-page SEO, brand signals, outreach & user experience
• Experience in copy & content optimization, content strategy, content marketing, content amplification, etc.
• Love for strategically a/b testing different things, collecting data, analyzing numbers, extracting insights & re-iterating the execution loop
• Understanding of basic web technologies like HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Understanding of technical SEO
• Ability to suggest action items for improvement
• Understanding of data, numbers & their significance
• Ability to make simple & complex deductions
