Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain highly performant api-driven web applications on our stack (Angular, React, SASS, Java SpringBoot, Mulesoft).
• Design and implement REST APIs to industry/company standards
• Work with our amazing product design team to develop and iterate on user interfaces that bring simplicity to complicated financial data.
• Interact with engineering members across the organization to ensure consistency in engineering practices and foster active exchange of ideas
• We have development centers in Atlanta, Houston, New York City and India and the ability to collaborate across a global organization is a key skill.
• Perform peer code reviews. Review performance, security and flexibility of the code.
• Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, release and sprint planning, demos, scrum of scrums).
• Work with Architect to define technical roadmaps
• Participate and help to evangelist and promote enterprise solutions with business and technology partners

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years experienced in front-end frameworks, such as Angular and React
• 3+ years experience in back-end technologies, such as Node.JS, ExpressJS, or Java Springboot
• 2+ years experience with Mulesoft
• Experience with core AWS services
• Experience working in an Agile team and environment
• Familiarity with software engineering support systems and tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gulp, Bower, Maven, Log4j
• Familiar with SSO solutions, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID a plus
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry a plus

Good to Have:

Responsibilities & Duties

• Define project objectives, schedules, resource requirements, budget, and deliverables for different projects and programs in support of business goals.
• Lead and execute all tactical project management aspects of different esports programs and projects to expand our brand and viewership goals.
• Be responsible for creation and distribution of complete project plans, related documentation, and reporting requirements to all project stakeholders, internal teams and client personnel.
• Deliver and develop status frequency, and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation, along with risks, contingency plans, and roadblocks to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project expectations, timelines, milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications (Required)

• 2 + years of relevant working experience in esports, gaming, entertainment or traditional sports programs.
• Have a deep comprehension of the various components that make up an esports program and be conversationally adept in them including broadcast production, player and team management, brand management, event management, content development, competitive structure and rulesets.
• Experience in organizing esports and/or digital content planning, productions and broadcast/distribution to drive viewership.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive planning, schedules, budgeting, resource management, collaboration and status reporting.
• Passionate about gaming and esports, having a strong understanding of both gaming and cultural nuances in South and Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of different project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
