Job Description

The selected candidate should have minimum 18+ years of delivering SAP projects and min 3+ years of leadership role experience. This role will report to SAP Practice Delivery head and take care of SAP delivery for a market unit at Wipro. A Key member of the practice delivery leadership team for delivering all SAP technology solutions ensuring a sustainable and profitable growth with right level of customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer stakeholder management
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales team to ensure a deliverable solution offerings with right price
• Manage all SAP projects & associated processes 
• To manage and engage a large and diverse team and partners
• Manage SAP practice operations including workforce management
• Continues improvement & innovation in delivery models
• SAP capability building and workforce transformation
• Spearheading revenue portfolio of $100M+ (Must)
• Handling FTE of 1000+ resources (Must)

As a Development Lead, you will oversee and lead a team of software developers. Your primary goal is to guide the team towards successful development of high-quality software, while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions

with an emphasis on quality, best-practice coding standards, and cost-effectiveness.

• Build rapid technical prototypes for early validation of new technologies.

• Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they emerge.

• Collaborate effectively with other application teams to help building the right offerings

for our client delivery platform.

• Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into

technical solutions, providing leadership in the design and architecture processes.

• Stay informed about the latest technology and methodology by participating in industry

Salary is not a constraint and right candidates will be paid up to 28 Lakhs

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a lead in leading and managing software development teams.

• Proficiency in Backend and Frontend technologies (NodeJS and ReactJS).

• Knowledge of best practices for API development in distributed environments;

• Coding complex modules.

• Code review and enforcing best practices.

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present, explain

and defend design concepts in team and stakeholder meetings.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, delivering work with speed and high

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements (and standards) for scheduled projects.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring the team is working toward established milestones.
• Hold regular team meetings to determine the progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for security engineers required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Research and evaluate different trends and technology in the cyber space and articulate the same to the team.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and strong technical understanding and experience assessing vulnerabilities and identifying weaknesses in multiple operating system platforms, database, and application servers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate through all parts of the business.
• High performance skillset which not only understands the threat spaces as it relates to risks, but also is able to meet the technical challenge of communicating this out to our teams/customers.
• Leadership skills which bring out the best in the team. This includes both direct leadership but also cross-functional capabilities.
• 5+ years in a vulnerability management program. Knowing not only how to assess vulnerabilities, but prioritize and drive remediation of the same.
• Ability to communicate at the executive leadership levels. Understanding how to translate technical gaps to business risk is critical for communication in this role.
• Reporting gaps in a meaningful way that addresses a business risk as well as providing technical solutions to the operations teams in remediation is key.
• Experience in interacting with auditors and regulators.
• Travel to client location (within India and abroad) as and when required.
• Conduct exit briefing and presentation to clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Work with pre-sales on technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Certification in Project Management or related technical field will be an added advantage.
• Experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
