Job Description

The selected candidate should have minimum 18+ years of delivering SAP projects and min 3+ years of leadership role experience. This role will report to SAP Practice Delivery head and take care of SAP delivery for a market unit at Wipro. A Key member of the practice delivery leadership team for delivering all SAP technology solutions ensuring a sustainable and profitable growth with right level of customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer stakeholder management
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales team to ensure a deliverable solution offerings with right price
• Manage all SAP projects & associated processes 
• To manage and engage a large and diverse team and partners
• Manage SAP practice operations including workforce management
• Continues improvement & innovation in delivery models
• SAP capability building and workforce transformation
• Spearheading revenue portfolio of $100M+ (Must)
• Handling FTE of 1000+ resources (Must)

Strong B2B Tech Sales profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Required Technical Skills

 Experience required: 5-8 yrs.  Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from

support/admin.  Good to have any #ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application

Developer Certification.  #ITSM/ #ITBM/ #ITOM/ #SecurityOps/ #grc development experience (Good to have).  Hand on experience in Integration of third-party API's - Primary skills: ServiceNow

#ITSM/GRC Dev engineer.  Must be CSA certified and great plus if certified as Implementation specialist.  Hands On Experience in #Integration of #API's. Preferred

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Translate user requirements and wireframes into ecient and responsive front-end components while ensuring high performance and usability.

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring smooth integration with the front-end components.

• Design and implement data models, schemas, and queries for MongoDB, and manage database interactions effectively.

• Work with Engineering team to create Product Technical documentation, Knowledgebase, API Documentation.     
• Work with Product Management team to create Product User Guides, FAQs, Support Knowledgebase etc.         
• Work with Technical & Marketing teams to create content for Technical Blogs, White Papers, Product Comparisons, Case Studies etc.      
• Periodically review existing documentation and update them for Product Releases, prepare Release Notes. 
• Obtain a deep understanding of products to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.     

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
• 2-8 years’ experience as an effective technical writer for products in the Cloud Computing Industry.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and create easily understandable text and pictures.
• Understanding of Cloud Concepts and experience in creating related documentation is a must.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience and create visuals for technical support content.
• Experience working with video (screen capture) creation tools for user documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to do simple checks using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience using Wordpress and other similar tools to create documentation.
