Job Title: Senior SDET / Quality Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SDET to drive end-to-end product quality across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role involves active participation in Agile ceremonies, defining QA effort, executing manual and automated tests, managing the defect lifecycle, and collaborating closely with Development, Product, and UX teams. You will design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, mentor junior team members, and support performance testing initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6–8+ years of experience as SDET / QE
• 4+ years of UI automation experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in BDD (Cucumber), WebDriverIO, Playwright
• Mobile automation using Appium (iOS/Android); XCUITest, Espresso, or Detox
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• API testing experience using Postman, Axios, or REST Assured
• CI/CD integration using Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions
• Version control with GitHub or Bitbucket
• Experience with cloud-based testing tools such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Perfecto

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud
• Performance testing using K6, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad
• Experience with AI/ML-based testing approaches
• Test management and defect tracking using JIRA, Zephyr, or X-Ray

We are hiring a Java Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Splunk. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of our production systems by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java/Spring Boot-based applications in production.
• Monitor logs and system health using Splunk and other observability tools.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and availability issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and work with dev teams for permanent fixes.
• Support incident and change management processes.
• Create and maintain runbooks and support documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Proficient in using Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and Linux commands.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and basic scripting (Bash, Python).
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore app. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 5-6 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions
• Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of Appian development experience
• Good logical and reasoning skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Ability to read requirements and independently work on a project with minimal supervision

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills: 

• Exposure to a variety of stacks building SaaS platforms and/or on-premise solutions.
• Experience with building sub-systems or services in a distributed system.
• Exposure to one or more backend architectures such as event-driven, micro services, and cloud architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting performance and/or scale issues.
• Strong in RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in one or more scripting languages - experience in Ruby/Rails and JavaScript/React is a plus.
• Strong in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and nontechnical team members.
• Prior experience in the legal tech industry is a plus.
