Job Summary:
We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven professional to lead our Offline Marketing, Business Development, and Branding initiatives across regions. This multifaceted leadership role combines strategic offline branding, business growth via partnerships and sales enablement, and improving the physical aesthetic appeal of our assets (studio, outstation events etc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving footfalls, revenue, brand visibility, and a superior on-ground client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead all traditional marketing activities including print, outdoor, radio, in-store branding, and event sponsorships.
- Plan and implement ATL & BTL campaigns to increase visibility and foot traffic.
- Manage geo-targeted campaigns based on regional demand and client profiles.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and develop strategic B2B partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support local revenue goals.
- Support new market entry and studio openings with local marketing and branding plans.
3. Branding & On-ground Experience:
- Lead branding projects across physical locations (in studio, public spaces, malls, etc.).
- Improve visual merchandising, signage, landscape branding, lighting, and brand touchpoints.
- Work with designers, architects, and vendors to ensure high-impact physical brand presence.
4. Vendor, Agency & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with creative agencies, event partners, and media buying agencies for campaign rollouts.
- Source and manage vendors for branding materials and execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, facilities, and design teams.
5. Budget & Performance Management:
- Own and manage marketing and branding budgets.
- Track KPIs for marketing campaigns (footfall, leads, brand recall), BD initiatives (partnerships, conversions), and branding impact (customer feedback, visual standards).
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

In this role, you will have end to end ownership of a business vertical, owning upwards of USD 3-5 million revenue goals in the next 1-2 years. You will directly lead a global sales team, and cross functionally work with marketing, content, design and other verticals to drive your business objectives.
The north star metrics for the role is revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing the growth strategy to meet business objectives - which includes sales planning, demand generation, product roadmap & customer experience. Below are some responsibilities that this will entail:
- Identifying target geographies and schools that we will focus on
- Understanding the consumer needs & market landscape to define the product roadmap • Working with the marketing team to identify hot leads and ways to target them • Conceptualising and executing cold email campaigns for schools across the world • Generating relevant content to nurture schools: presentations, case studies, emails, etc. • Conducting demos with schools expressing inbound interest
- Building relations with schools, nurturing them by identifying their context • Negotiating and finalising deals with schools and school districts
- Working with the school success team to smoothly handover converted schools • Bringing in operational efficiency across all sales related processes

About the role:

- Fast self-learner, with the willingness & interest to learn new technologies, languages & frameworks

Additional desired qualifications:
- 4-7 years of overall experience in software engineering either as a Frontend engineer or a Fullstack engineer, with significant frontend experience
- Deep understanding of integrating with a variety of backends and APIs (ReST, GraphQL). Experience with node/Python/RubyOnRails is desirable
- Strong flair for usability, consistency, and balancing aesthetics with functional design.
- Experience working with data-intensive applications and data-visualisation libraries such as Chart.js, and D3.js is desirable
