Job Title: Frontend Engineer- Reactjs, Nextjs, MUI 

Location: Hybrid weekly ⅔ days WFO (Bengaluru- India)

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. This role is front-end-heavy, focused on building clean, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using the latest technologies in the MERN stack—particularly Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Material UI (MUI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional frontend components using MUI.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) or similar component libraries.
• Understanding of responsive design, modern frontend tooling, and web performance best practices.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

• Familiarity with testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility (a11y) standards and performance optimization.
• Basic experience with Node.js, MongoDB, or working in a MERN stack environment.
• Familiarity with AWS services or cloud deployment practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs or integrating with backend services.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in ReactJS
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals - data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of ReactJS Ecosystem (State management, Component-based design, Hooks, Responsive design)
• Good with CSS (converting UI designs to code)
• Writing clean and maintainable code
• Proficient understanding of APIs and wiring them

Your Role:

• Manage design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches

• Prioritizing and articulate product and product features, and working cross-functionally with

engineers, product manager and Design Team to bring these products and features to reality

• Hands-on with design and challenges in interfaces

• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect

attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

• Making things happen execute good ideas that come from team, and make sure that the

whole team is doing its best work.

• Comfortable in working for interface designing

Skill Set:

• Expert Knowledge on Angluar Framework (8 and above)

• Hands On expertise on HTMS , CSS and JS.

• 2+ years of experience as a react/react-native developer
• Must have skills: ReactJS
• Deep understanding of javascript, typescript and react
• Familiarity with multiple state management techniques
• Knowledgeable about design patterns and their utility in day to day problems
• Worked on and shipped large scale react/react-native applications
• Great product sense; you care about usability and good design
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus if you have worked on Android/iOS apps or nodejs backend.

• Work collaboratively with everyone in the team to deliver best in class user experience
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code in typescript and react-native
• Implement pixel perfect designs with advanced interactions, which are a joy to use
• Implement unit and UI automation tests
• Own a feature end to end and ensure its usability
