Role Summary

As the Tech Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional engineering squad (Flutter, Backend, QA, and occasionally Data) to deliver secure, scalable product features on predictable timelines. Position Responsibilities

●      Answer technical support phone calls on software/hardware.

●      Respond in writing via email to cases entered into an online self service portal.
