Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

Requirements

• Design and implement a full-stack web application using Python Django framework and ReactJS.
• 1+ years of experience in building and deploying web applications.
• Experience in designing and using RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, , ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.

Job Description:

The Hybris eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Business Analysts work closely with client stakeholders and business users and cross-functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project to gather and document solution requirements; document solution design; model and configure eCommerce data structures and business processes; collect, manipulate and load product data, define test scripts and acceptance criteria, manage & communicate requirement, design and priority changes and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.

Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Hybris Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives and user needs.

Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.

Accountable to complete assigned work within time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.

Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.

Understand Hybris Commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, manipulate data for import into eCommerce system and identify data gaps, and perform product data imports into eCommerce system. (Project dependent)

Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.

Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables. (Project dependent)

 Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience in general IT business analysis which includes 2-3 years’ experience in Hybris Commerce business analysis

Bachelor’s degree

Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

Experience with global service delivery model

UX Strategy and Leadership

• Define and implement the UX strategy for complex digital platforms.

• Create and maintain API-based automation test scripts using tools like J meter, SoapUI or Postman
• API Automation using Soap UI/Rest assured / Postman (Mandatory)
• Create and maintain API specific test plans
• Conducting Performance and Load tests on the API's and provide detailed report and analysis on metrics like Breakage point etc.
• Participate in creating and clarifying User Stories, and in planning Sprints.
• Maintaining all the testing artefacts in SharePoint.
• Updating test management tools (JIRA / Bugzilla etc) so that the current status of the project can be known at any time by stakeholders.
