Role Summary :

• We are looking for a Rust Tech Lead/Senior Rust Developer with 5+ Years of software development experience, including 3 to 4 Years of expertise in Rust.
• In this role, you will lead a team of developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the development of robust Rust applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of Rust developers.

Qualifications :

Strong Java Developer profile (services/utilities, modernization & refactoring)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience, specifically building services/utilities with refactoring and modernization work.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience with utility modernization and refactoring, including legacy tech migration such as .NET → Java conversion.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong troubleshooting skills using logs and controlled verification steps to validate changes and support releases.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have proven ability to work in a release-driven environment with cross-functional teams (QA, release management, platform/config teams).

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly

You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs

Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production

Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs

Developing software in Rust

Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Work individually and closely with other members of the team during code sprints to deliver a complete end-to-end solution.
• Articulate project status to other team members and management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
• Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.

• Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills experience handling the independent execution with minimal guidance, prior hands on experience or understanding on working with Django and python.

• 1 years experience with Django.

• Must be from Tier 1 University.

Job Role :

o Experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript jQuery,Angular, HTML5, CSS

o Responsible for handling end to end design & execution of all product web interfaces

o Develop new user-facing features & build reusable code and libraries for future use Work closely on UI/UX designs and back end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development problems

o Design, development, integration, delivery of different UI side modules of the product

o Develop and enhance modular, multilingual, cross-browser front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, etc.
