Job Title:      Health Connect Integration Engineer -Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

InterSystems Health connect Expertise:

• Extensive experience and expertise in Intersystems HealthConnect integration technologies, including in-depth knowledge of Health Connect integration engine, tools, and best practices.

• Hands on expertise in Intersystem healthconnect/ healthshare/ Ensemble, IRIS, cache sql, cache object script.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of integration engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and creating a collaborative work environment.

Integration Strategy and Planning:

• The ability to develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and prioritise integration projects in alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements.

Healthcare Data Standards:

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards, particularly HL7, and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards in integration solutions.

Project Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading integration projects from inception to completion, with a focus on meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Secondary Skills:

Technical Guidance:

• Providing technical guidance and support to resolve complex integration challenges, reviewing and approving integration designs, mappings, and transformations.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring the quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices in all integration projects, conducting integration reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Effective communication skills to communicate progress, challenges, and project status to stakeholders and senior management, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.

Scalability and Performance Optimization:

• Collaborating with the team to optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability, implementing enhancements to accommodate growing data exchange requirement.

•  New client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients.

•  Selling online broking accounts- Demat account, trading account.

•  Identifying customer needs, assessing their appetite and providing them investment options.

• Cross selling of financial products like Mutual Fund, Insurance, Bonds, etc.

• Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

• Migrating offline clients to do online trading.

• Regular updates to the immediate superior as a when required.

What does the core role include?

c) TypeScript: Basic understanding of using TS. Union Types, Index Signatures,

d) REST: Backend experience. REST principles, URL structures for APIs. integration using native JS (fetch and Promises) and in Angular. use cases of getting vs POST vs PUT vs PATCH.

e) Angular :  Abstractions of Angular Component, Service, Pipe, Directive, Module, Lifecycles. Knew advanced patterns as well Dynamic Components, Content Projection, Reactive Forms, ViewChild, ContentChild. Understood Observables and various operators demonstration of Design Skills ability to create the component and module hierarchy for a moderately complex application, along with their interactions
