We are seeking a talented Engineer to join our AI team. You will technically lead experienced software and machine learning engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI-based solutions, with a primary focus on large language models and other machine learning applications. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement software solutions that power machine learning models, particularly in LLMs 
• Create robust data pipelines, handling data preprocessing, transformation, and integration for machine learning projects 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to build and optimize machine learning models, particularly LLMs, that address client-specific challenges 
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and solutions architects to gather requirements and evaluate technical feasibility 
• Design and implement a scale infrastructure for developing and deploying GenAI solutions 
• Support model deployment and API integration to ensure interaction with existing enterprise systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python and Java 
• Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals

Building out this brand presents significant product and engineering challenges. At the center of solving those challenges is the TAPPP Product Engineering team which is responsible for the TAPPP product end to end.

TAPPP is led by a very able leadership team drawn from Industry leaders from companies like ESPN, Amazon, Blackhawk, Kargocard, Visa, and many others.

Who are we looking for:

A coding enthusiast who loves writing elegant code and developing software systems.

As a Roku developer, you will be a part of the core product development team that is responsible for building high-performant components of the TAPPP platform.

Your responsibility:

• You will be responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, and bug-fixing different modules of the software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.
• Write production-quality code in Brightscript / Scenegraph.
• Write unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
• You will work in an Agile team, working on the TAPPP revolutionary platform. 
• Interface with other teams and/or third-party vendors to assist in the deployment of applications on Roku platforms.

Mandatory technical skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing apps for Roku devices.
• Strong knowledge of BrightScript, SceneGraph, and core scripting languages like JS.
• Experience with REST APIs interaction and a strong understanding of client-server architectures.
• Experience with Media Playback, streaming concepts, HLS, and manifests.

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·      0 - 4 years of database experience (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL)

·      Proficiency in Oracle, with Hands-on experience in database design

·      Creation & implementation of data models.

·      Strong experience with Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages.

Required:

- Strong background in, and at least 3+ years of working in tooling or QA automation

- Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes

- Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD
