Customer Success Specialist

Promobi is looking for a Customer Success Specialist who would be responsible for
developing customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. Who will
value and nurture the client-business relationship and will connect the company product to
the customer to maximize satisfaction? Someone who would be Reviewing the existing
customer accounts and customer satisfaction. And will focus on growing additional sources
of revenue and product reach within accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
The individual role that you’ll play in our team:
● To support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption,
on-going support, program optimization, and expansion.
● Create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team
members and customers.
● Pay attention to customer’s details and complaint
● Provide customer training and education on company products.
● Provide technical support to the customer, with the help of the Technical team
● Establish a successful account management routine.
● Create, manage and track customer data using online tools

● Closely monitor the assigned Accounts; providing insight to Customers.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive project execution, and ensure smooth coordination across accounts.

First 30 Days – Context, Learning & Foundations

- Work closely with the Key Account Manager across active projects and client accounts while contributing more actively to client coordination, follow-ups, proposals, internal execution, and reporting.

Days 61–90 – Guided Ownership & Stronger Execution

You will join IAI Solution Pvt (part of the group of companies) at the pilot phase of our product journey. We are a lean, high-growth technology & AI venture serving enterprise clients and also in consumer AI primarily in India/UAE/US and across the world. As we transition from initial prototype/pilot to product scale-up, we need a hands-on product leader who has experience building products from the ground up, has a strong technical background, and can align a development team to deliver rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with founders, stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, requirement gathering, MVP definition, development, launch, iteration and scale.
- Translate business requirements (from our group companies/clients) into clear product specification, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management.
- Work closely with the development team (engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely delivery of features, and continuously tune/enhance during the pilot phase.
- Define and monitor key product metrics / KPIs (usage, adoption, user feedback, performance) and drive product-market fit.
- Be comfortable working in a start-up environment: ambiguous environment, rapid changes, lean resources, multiple hats.
- Liaise with stakeholders (business owners, customer teams, operations, sales) to gather input, manage expectations and ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferably from IIT, IIIT , NIT or central university/ research institute and so on, exceptional candidates with no tags are also welcome).
- MBA from TOP B-school is a Plus.
- Proven experience (ideally 4-8 years) as a Product Manager or equivalent role, in one or more start-ups (preferably product-led start-ups, built from “ground up”).
- Demonstrable track record of taking a product from concept through pilot to launch and iteration.
- Strong technical literacy: able to engage with engineers, understand architecture/trade-offs, API/integration issues, product performance constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (India & UAE context useful).
- Strong prioritisation, agile process discipline, and ability to drive execution under ambiguity.
