Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced back-end engineer to join our dynamic development team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend components. Your expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Nodejs, .Net, and Azure. If you are a highly skilled developer with a passion for creating comprehensive web solutions, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and product team to establish the best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance-tuning
• Architect, develop and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable cloud-hosted service using NodeJS or .net
• End-to-end responsibility to continuously create and monitor the services you build
• Guide team members in handling complex issues
• You will also be responsible for database schema design and development of migration scripts
• Experiment with new technologies and ideas and help shape our stack and processes

Skills and experiences we are looking for

• Expertise in .net and nodejs is a must.
• Expertise in Angular and React is a must.
• Expertise in Zuora is a must.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Frontend development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a development team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and project discussions.
• Backend web application development with expertise in handling large and complex client-server architecture
• Experience with breaking up a monolithic application/services into microservices
• Problem Solving: Business intuition that informs right-sized solutions, thoughtful trade-offs, and game-changing innovation
• Communication: Clear, inclusive communication with both teammates and non-technical partners
• Leadership: A track record of strong ownership, initiative, tenacity, integrity, and humility

Salary range - 20L - 30L

Responsibilities

1. Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
2. Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
3. Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
4. Support test and deployment of new products and features
5. Participate in code reviews

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience in Java Development.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must. You may have to interact with clients directly.

• Technology agnostic approach is a must. Ready to adopt new technology and a faster learning curve.

• Writing scalable, maintainable and reusable code.

• Keen interest in SAAS based products and mobile applications.

• Experience working with Distributed Systems

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Design Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, Multithreading

• Kafka iOS Experience with Event Sourcing Reactive and Functional

• Programming Strong understanding of best practices for creating/working with Microservices

• Experience implementing Message Brokers and Messaging subsystems(experience working with Kafka a strong plus)

• Be open-minded, creative, and self-critical; be collaborative and communicative

• Have experience with and curiosity about agile and lean philosophies

• Experience working with small teams to ship products to market

• Have experience developing full-service consumer, employee and business applications

MLOps Engineer

Required Candidate profile :

• 3+ years’ experience in developing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions) and bringing ML models to CI/CD pipelines
• Candidate with strong Azure expertise
• Exposure of Productionize the models
• Candidate should have complete knowledge of Azure ecosystem, especially in the area of DE
• Candidate should have prior experience in Design, build, test, and maintain machine learning infrastructure to empower data scientists to rapidly iterate on model development
• Develop continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on top of Azure that includes AzureML, MLflow and Azure Devops
• Proficient knowledge of git, Docker and containers, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Terraform
• E2E production experience with Azure ML, Azure ML Pipelines
• Experience in Azure ML extension for Azure Devops
• Worked on Model Drift (Concept Drift, Data Drift preferable on Azure ML.)
• Candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that builds and delivers production-ready data science projects. You will work with team members and stakeholders to creatively identify, design, and implement solutions that reduce operational burden, increase reliability and resiliency, ensure disaster recovery and business continuity, enable CI/CD, optimize ML and AI services, and maintain it all in infrastructure as code everything-in-version-control manner.
