IT Senior Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A master's degree in computer science is preferred.

• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management (WMS)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), Cloud Storage (Azure/AWS), DAM, MS 365, Marketing Automation and other business applications

• Knowledgeable in successful API integration of CTI and other communication technologies like whatsapp with business applications

Customer engagement

1. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
2. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
3. Providing status updates to key stakeholders, product team, and leadership team
4. Coordinate and support development of content for customer engagements
5. Understand customer needs and assist the Product department to develop a Product Market Fit

 Social Media Engagement Strategies-

1. Develop and execute social media strategies including creating and adding content onto social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
2. Create content and conceptualize website design ideas that are simple and user friendly for our website
3. Leverage customer insight data to refine digital content

Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Discover and actively pursue fresh business prospects by engaging in proactive lead generation and prospecting initiatives.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.

We are looking for a computer vision engineer to lead our team in developing a factory floor analytics SaaS product. This would be a fast-paced role and the person will get an opportunity to develop an industrial grade solution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop computer vision solutions for industries (BFSI, Beauty and personal care, E-commerce, Defence etc.)
• Lead a team of ML engineers in developing an industrial AI product from scratch
• Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment
• Tune the models to achieve high accuracy rates and minimum latency
• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
