Job Summary
A Staff Nurse in a physiotherapy clinic supports physiotherapists in delivering patient care, assists in rehabilitation procedures, and ensures patients receive safe, effective, and comfortable treatment throughout their recovery process.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration with the Nursing Council
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of basic physiotherapy procedures and rehabilitation support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist patients with mobility and physical exercises
- Teamwork and coordination with physiotherapists
- Compassion, patience, and a caring attitude
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists during patient assessment and treatment sessions
- Prepare patients for physiotherapy procedures and guide them through basic exercises
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during therapy
- Help in positioning, mobilizing, and transferring patients safely
- Maintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and hygiene standards
- Administer basic nursing care when required
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care routines and exercise plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, staff management, and performance of the center. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, achievement of business targets, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the center and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and guide staff, including admin, telecallers, and support teams
- Monitor performance, targets, and productivity of the center
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with head office for reporting and updates
- Maintain records, reports, and center documentation
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities
- Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions, sales, or service delivery
- Conduct team meetings and provide training or motivation to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
