Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Shipping Bill, LC documents etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international clients
• Manage DGFT, EPCG, and other export compliance formalities
• Maintain export records and MIS reports
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Support buyer communication related to shipments and documents

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in export documentation (must)
• Exposure to yarn exports / textile exports and building material exports preferred
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, and international trade procedures
• Good command of MS Excel and documentation software
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Summary

We are looking for channel professionals who have previously developed and driven revenue from a network for Reseller Channel Partners.

Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth of IQnext through reseller and system integrators. You will gain knowledge and experience in the new and growing industry of SaaS and cloud.

Impact

You will work with leads to generate IQnext's revenue engine through channel sales. You will work closely with the founders and you'll also have support from our growing Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to maximize the value and success of your efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, appoint & onboard Channel Partner/System Integrator who can sell IQnext Products to their prospects/solutions.
2. Generate revenue through the appointed channel.
3. Prepare and execute detailed business plans with their defined partners based on customer segments and territory.
4. Ensure that the partner workforce is enabled with product knowledge and is constantly engaged through regular interactions.
5. Be an extended arm of the direct sales team by feeding them leads & opportunities through the partner network and setting up interlocks to ensure effective co-selling.
6. Ensure that partner leads/opportunities are captured in the CRM and that a weekly/monthly/quarterly pipeline is built along with the forecast.
7. Coordinate with partner operations and internal to ensure partners' issues are resolved on priority.

1. Passionate about sales and technology
2. Has proven sales experience of a minimum of 2 years in Channel (CCTV, Access Control, A/V Systems, etc.)
3. Proven track record in appointing channel partners and generating business from them
4. Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in sales pipeline planning and forecasting
6. Is extremely motivated to succeed and is a problem solver

What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Leading parts of the product from inception to launch, and own large parts of the product’s execution.
Working with our Sales and frontend team to build products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our users.
Architecting, building, testing, and releasing product-facing features.
Contributing to our side projects and free tools for the education industry.

What do I need? 🤓

1-2 years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.
Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (for example, PHP, Python, etc.) but it doesn’t need to be a language that we use here! Great people are effective and learn what we use quickly (or introduce us to better ways of working)
Deep knowledge of SQL Databases
Experience with scalable distributed systems, both built from scratch as well as on AWS primitives
Willingness to learn and use new technologies
Extremely data-driven
Ability to debug complex systems
