Knowledge on Well versed with various visas (H1, OPT, EAD, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls, and direct mailing & resume
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hour aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD, H1B. etc.

Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment
Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results Ability to maintain and nurture the relationship with old and new clientele.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Team Management, Profit planning in relation to overall corporate objectives.
- Ensuring all sales staff plays a key role in servicing the client accounts.
- Looking for opportunity and identifying wider sales across the whole account.
- Researching customer's profile for accurate positioning, giving effective and Skillful presentations.

MongoDB-Strong logic and analytical skills.
-Experience with Node.js, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
-Database Experience - Postgres or other relational databases.
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with performance debugging and benchmarking
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Must understand the project requirement and technical documents.
- Ability to complete the task within a specified time with full accuracy.
- Team player with organizational skills. Need to perform programming work in the mobile application as per requirement.

Redux/Flux-Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
-Knowledge of JS based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
-Knowledge of Unit Testing with Jest
-Exposure in SEO, Web Service integration, asynchronous request handling, partial page update etc.
-Exposure to Node.js would be an added advantage
-Knowledge of different process tools like Git, SVN, Jenkins etc.
DESIRED SKILLS:
-Strong experience in Responsive Design, React JS
-Understanding of Native and Cross Platform mobile applications and user experience best practices
-Exposure to Node.js, Angular and React Native would be an added advantage
