Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate employee timesheets against client and project records.
• Review and process invoices for accuracy, approval, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in internal audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audit requests.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to timesheet and invoice status.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in timesheet/invoice verification or audit support preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of finance or audit processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a night shift environment

What You’ll Be Doing

·      Analyse customer business requirements (as outlined in BBP and supporting documentation) and translate them into a Trezix system configuration map.

·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all functionalities within the Trezix EXIM Suite (Import & Export modules).

·      Understand and interpret customer requirements in the context of import/export regulations.

·      Configure key functionalities within the Trezix platform based on detailed business process flows.

·      Demonstrate strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (Import) and Sales Order-to-Invoice (Export) processes.

·      Familiarity with EXIM documentation including Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.

·      Understand the EXIM ecosystem, including stakeholders such as CHAs, Freight Forwarders, and Logistics providers.

·      Manage data flows, process flows, and data types across systems – from ERP to Trezix and other third-party systems.

·      Configure system interfaces and middleware services for seamless data exchange between systems.

·      Design, configure, and troubleshoot APIs for inter-system communication.

·      Define user roles and authorization profiles to manage access control across functionalities.

·      Ensure compliance with application security protocols, including encrypted data transfer across systems.

·      Configure and deploy third-party API security integrations (e.g., Multi-factor Authentication).

·      Define and prepare sample datasets for process configuration and validation.

·      Conduct customer workshops, showcasing configured solutions and interacting with process owners.

·      Explain EXIM functional logic, duty computation, and system-calculated values to customer teams.

·      Document system configurations, functional specifications, and technical setups using standard templates.

·      Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer core team.

·      Assist project management in preparing the production environment for Go-Live.

·      Own and execute the migration of configuration objects, interfaces, and customer-specific developments to production.

·      Conduct end-user training sessions and respond to queries during training and Go-Live support.

·      Develop end-user documentation and training materials to support adoption.

·      Provide hands-on support during Go-Live and Hypercare phases, guiding users through system transactions.

·      Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

·      Identify and escalate security or technical issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

What You Bring to the Table

ü Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant industry certifications.

ü A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Import-Export industry, with a proven track record in software implementation.

ü In-depth knowledge of Export, Import industry standards and regulations.

ü Advanced SAP experience (SD, MM, FI, Basis, ABAP) will be an advantage.

ü Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client engagements simultaneously.

ü Proficiency in creating comprehensive project plans using charts or similar tools.

ü The job may require occasional travel to client sites for consultations and project-related activities.

SAP ABAP with Workday integration experience. Skilled in Workday Extend — a low‑/no‑code platform to build custom apps inside Workday Financial Management & HCM.”

What will you do every day?

As a front-end tech lead you will be responsible for building the Haptik platform which is used by people across the globe. You will be working closely with the product, design and platform team on a day to day basis and be responsible for the look and feel of the product. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Have a keen eye for detail and passionate about UI and UX

- Has worked with a team of FE engineers to set tech processes and standards.

- Has experience in mentoring junior engineers.

- Have a solid understanding of front-end technologies especially React

- Build, maintain and gate-keep the platform tools

- Work closely with the PM and designers to deliver high-quality features

- Work closely with the backend engineers to understand the Interkat Platform and build for scale

- High-level estimating and scoping/breaking down of tasks

- Document features to make them easily understandable to clients

- Participate in code reviews, automated and functional testing, and other aspects of our quality assurance process

- Use and promote standard good coding practices

- Fully participate in a scrum-based, agile development team

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices

- Work experience around optimizing build artifacts and performance monitoring

- Following security standards when using cookies/others to store user information etc.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience working on React.js

- Prior experience of leading/mentoring a team is a plus

- Knowledge of flux and redux

- Must have extensive experience working on Javascript, HTML, CSS, animations and UI/UX principles.

- Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus

- Good attention to detail, pixel perfect designs

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

- Good Communication skills

- Hustler with the passion for writing good code

- Team player

- Must have experience in working in an agile environment, exposure to tools like Jira would be an added benefit.

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.
• Create videos and animated gif's that show people how to DO things (people love walk-throughs)

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.
