Job Description:

• Strong understanding of ATG, BCC, eCommerce and Catalog areas.

• Excellent system analysis and design skills

• Subject matter expertise in the following o Commerce Platforms (e.g. ATG)

• Previous experience with integration of Commerce Platforms .

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Strong influencing skills in order to be able to sell ideas to the internal team as well as Walmart global partners

• Prompt and effective decision-making skills

• Experience with the large scale on Java / J2EE online transactional retail applications

• Expertise in User Experience, Accessibility, and Compliance to various standards for both Site and Colleague facing tools .

• Experience designing systems for extremely high traffic and transaction volumes

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SDE 2 – Backend Developer (Node.js) who will play

a critical role in building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven solutions,

and shaping Tamasha’s technical foundation.Key Responsibilities



Hands-on Engineering: Actively code, design backend architecture, and solve

complex technical problems.

 AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI agents, automation, and recommendation

systems.

 Scalable Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable cloud systems on GCP and

Azure.



DevOps & Deployment: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and monitoring

systems.



Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business

 Team Building & Mentorship: Mentor engineers and support hiring initiatives.



3–4 years of backend development experience in a product-based company

 Strong expertise in Node.js (Express / NestJS)



Back-End Developer

Experience 3-8 years

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets(T3-T4)

T3:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with common design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

6. Those with Internet platform development experience and familiarity with distribution and concurrency will be given priority

T4:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.

As an Engineering Director, you will:

Lead the teams that enables our customers to build the middleware and backend of their products using our no code platform. We are a SaaS platform that allows our customers from different domains to build web scale applications online.

In this position, you are responsible for people management and product deliveries. It requires hands on Java and/or Golang development experience. Your responsibilities include

• Hire, mentor and motivate your teams.
• Plan and manage scrums and deliveries.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments, security and scalability concerns.
• Contribute to the design and develop of Java and GoLang based micro services.
• Expertise in scalable systems, including APIs, middleware and database systems.
• Create efficient development, build, packaging and deployment processes for Java and GoLang micro services.
• Review code and enforce best coding, security and test practices.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Overall 15+ years of experience
• Experience in managing technical teams for 5 years.
• At least 10+ years of Java and/or Golang development experience in the relevant domain
• Worked on a product or SaaS platform
• Good communication and negotiation skills
