Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development:
○ Design and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
○ Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
○ Optimize content to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
2. Technical SEO:
○ Conduct audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, page load
speed, and mobile usability.
○ Optimize site architecture, schema markup, and internal linking structures.
○ Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
3. Content Optimization:
○ Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
○ Ensure all content meets search engine guidelines and is optimized for target keywords.
○ Monitor content performance and recommend updates as needed.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
○ Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, and SEMrush.
○ Generate detailed reports on SEO performance and present actionable insights.
○ Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Link Building & Outreach:
○ Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
○ Build relationships with industry influencers and relevant websites for collaboration.
6. Stay Updated:
○ Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
○ Conduct training sessions to update the team on SEO developments.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred).
● Proven experience of 1 year in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
● Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools
● Proficiency in technical SEO and content marketing.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
