Job Description:
• Strong understanding of ATG, BCC, eCommerce and Catalog areas.
• Excellent system analysis and design skills
• Subject matter expertise in the following o Commerce Platforms (e.g. ATG)
• Previous experience with integration of Commerce Platforms .
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong influencing skills in order to be able to sell ideas to the internal team as well as Walmart global partners
• Prompt and effective decision-making skills
• Experience with the large scale on Java / J2EE online transactional retail applications
• Expertise in User Experience, Accessibility, and Compliance to various standards for both Site and Colleague facing tools .
• Experience working in a multi-tenant or "Software-as-a-Service" (SaaS) eCommerce company
• Experience designing systems for extremely high traffic and transaction volumes
• Experience in similar roles at prominent Internet companies, with detailed knowledge about scalability issues and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirements, including sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.
- Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the requirements and within the committed timelines.
- Communicate role specifications and terms to the candidates clearly and transparently.
- Drive negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
- Communicate any specific requests or modifications required by the candidate to the Engagement Manager proactively.
- Ensure a clear track of progress, transparency, and coordination within the Expert team.
- Screen applicants on call to ensure they meet the necessary technical qualifications and requirements for the respective roles.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities based on the job description.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed records of candidates' technical evaluations, feedback, and assessment outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and other relevant data points.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical screening methodologies.
- Continuously refine and optimize the technical sourcing process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Any programming knowledge (Python/ Java/ Scala)
- Good Experience Elastic search, Kibana, Logstash
- Knowledge on Dev Ops
- Preferable :- AWS or any cloud knowledge

We are Seeking:
1. AWS Serverless, AWS CDK:
Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.
Experience with AWS CDK for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of serverless design patterns and best practices.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
Experience in CI/CD workflows with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
2. TypeScript, React/Angular:
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js or Angular.
Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux (for React) or RxJS (for Angular).
Understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.
3. Node.js:
Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js.
Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
4. MongoDB/NoSQL:
Experience with NoSQL databases and their use cases.
Familiarity with data modeling and indexing strategies in NoSQL databases.
Ability to integrate NoSQL databases into serverless architectures.
5. CI/CD:
Ability to troubleshoot and debug CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of automated testing practices and tools.
Understanding of deployment automation and release management processes.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification(Preferred-Added Advantage):AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate)

Required:

- Understanding of Android Framework and Android app development.
- Experience in developing android apps using Kotlin and latest frameworks
- Knowledge and understanding of Design-Patterns and Data Structures.
- Ability to develop Android applications using latest Frameworks like Retrofit, RxJava
- Ability to write Unit test cases using the frameworks.
- Knowledge about how to consume the REST API's
- Understanding of Git/BitBucket or any version control system

Preferred:
- Understanding and usage of latest android frameworks like JetPack, Android Architectural components
- Experience in mentoring the new team members and also the junior folks.
- Exposure to various mobile architectures (ex: MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc..)
- Experience in handling the Android app deployment process.
- Experience in working in Agile methodology
