Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow new business for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital, branding, and marketing services, can sell them confidently, and enjoys building long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts across multiple marketing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across services including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, PR, Branding, Video Production, Website Development, and Integrated Digital Campaigns.
• Identify, research, and pursue potential clients through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets, and propose relevant marketing solutions.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, pitches, and commercial plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate client requirements into clear briefs and campaign strategies.
• Ensure smooth handover and alignment during project initiation to support long-term client retention.
• Track performance, follow up consistently, and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in selling digital marketing, branding, or creative services within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, SEO, content formats, and digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value service-led deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.

  Designation – Finance Head Department Accounts & Finance Reporting to MD Location Mulund West Education Qualification / Preference CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Overall duties and responsibilities • Lead all finance, treasury, and fund management functions across the organization. • Independently prepare and manage banking proposals for working capital, term loans, and export credit facilities (renewals, enhancements, documentation). • Handle LCs, buyer’s credit, packing credit, bill discounting, and forex exposure. • Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and interest cost optimization. • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support management decisions. • Present monthly MIS reports and variance analysis to senior management. • Oversee finalization of accounts, audits, and ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, and FEMA regulations. • Enforce financial discipline across procurement, production, and sales. • Implement and monitor ERP-based financial controls and real time reporting. Position : Web Developer (.Net Core)

Job Description:      

Min 2 to 4 Years of experience in C# and ASP.NET, Web application development.

Knowledge about cloud programming or migration to cloud is preferred.

 Mandatory skills:

• Proficient in Web Application development using ASP.NET, C# with .Net version 4.0/ 4.5.
• Experience with SQL Server or any other equivalent Database and know how to build efficient queries.
• Strong knowledge on jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Experience in debugging in multiple browsers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Clear understanding of SVN or an equivalent VCS.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an HMI Developer, you will be responsible for the entire HMI development process, from requirement analysis to release and deployment. You should have a strong understanding of the automotive domain, particularly in the areas of infotainment and cluster systems. Your coding skills should be exceptional, with expertise in C++. Hands-on experience with HMI frameworks like EB Guide, QT QML, Kanzi Studio, Altia, or Unreal is necessary. Additionally, you should possess debugging skills with standard debugger, toolchains, and target hardware such as infotainment units, digital clusters, or HUDs. Knowledge of automotive domain and communication protocols like CAN, LIN, MOST, UART, and JTAG is a must. Familiarity with design principles and UX processes is beneficial. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, project management tools like Jira, requirements management tools like Doors, and UML is required. It would be advantageous to have experience with model-based design and knowledge of operating systems like QNX, Linux, and other real-time operating systems. Understanding embedded device and microcontroller workings would also be beneficial.
