Role Overview: UI Web Engineer

As a UI Web Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performance web user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build seamless web experiences.

Your role involves:

• Translating design concepts into interactive and responsive mobile/web apps.
• Optimizing performance and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• Contributing to continuous UI improvements by staying updated with the latest development trends and technologies.

• Proficiency in Capacitor JS — a must-have skill.
• Impeccable design sense — creating polished, beautiful user interfaces comes naturally to you.
• Familiarity with:
• React JS, Ionic, Xcode, Cocoa Framework, and the related ecosystem.
• Apple design guidelines, common mobile/web UX patterns, and anti-patterns.
• Animations and transitions in mobile/web apps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into code.

What’s the interview process like?
The interview process consists of 2-4 rounds of technical discussion of 60 mins each and a 30 min cultural fitment discussion. The technical discussion rounds cover past projects, programming basics, DS / Algo and system design. This is followed by a 30 min cultural fitment round.

What’s the technical stack that you’re working on?
Our tech stack is built on NodeJS, Angular, React, Redis and MongoDB. We are tech stack agnostic when it comes to hiring.
