DevOps Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Good understanding of Azure services such as Compute, Storage, Event Hub, Event Subscription, Storage Queue, and PaaS services.
• Basic understanding of Azure AI Foundry and AI-related Azure service setup.
• Good Azure networking basics: VNet, subnet, routing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, especially:
• Terraform state

• Strong Python coding capability, not just basic scripting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support production systems with on-call rotations
• Deploy and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, ELB, IAM, Lambda)
• Build infrastructure using Terraform
• Manage and monitor Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
• Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible or similar tools
• Ensure systems reliability using robust monitoring and alerting tools
• Work with Linux OS, and network protocols like HTTP, DNS, SMTP, LDAP
• Manage services like Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL, SSH
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps including automated system configuration, application deployment, and infrastructure-as-code. 
• Advanced Linux system administration abilities.

• Solid understanding CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, CircleCI/Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory/Nexus. 
• Experience on any configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef is a must. 
• Experience in any one of the scripting languages: Shell, Python, etc. 
• Experience in containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/EKS/GKE is a must.

• Experience on deploying and running any open-source monitoring/graphing solution like Prometheus, Grafana, etc. 
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.

DevOps

• Implementing & supporting CI/CD/CT pipelines at scale.  
• Knowledge and experience using Chef, Puppet or Ansible automation to deploy and be able to manage Linux systems in production and CI environments.  
• Extensive experience with Shell scripts (bash).  
• Knowledge and practical experience of Jenkins for CI.  
• Experienced in build & release management.  
• Experience of deploying JVM based applications.  
• Enterprise AWS deployment with sound knowledge on AWS & AWS security.  
• Knowledge of encryption technologies: IPSec, SSL, SSH. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer (CentOS/Red Hat) ideally supporting a highly-available, 24x7 production environments. 
• DNS providing and maintenance.  
• Helpful skills: Knowledge of applications relying on Maven, Ant, Gradle, Spring Boot.  
• Knowledge of app and server monitoring tools such as ELK/AppEngine. 
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
