Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to building a next-generation Agent Development Platform (ADP). This role requires expertise across frontend and backend development, enabling seamless integration between AI-powered applications, platform services, and enterprise-grade administrative interfaces.

You will build scalable React applications, high-performance backend APIs, AI gateway services, and secure multi-tenant platform capabilities while working closely with AI, DevOps, and Product Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• Build and enhance the Platform Control Plane and AI Gateway for LLM routing, telemetry, and tenant-level cost management.
• Develop React-based Admin Console features for tenant configuration, security policies, licensing, and budget management.
• Implement FastAPI backend services with secure CRUD operations and multi-tenant data isolation.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI), Java Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Collaborate on Python and TypeScript SDK development for AI agent integration.
• Build conversational interfaces and administrative dashboards for AI agent interactions.
• Convert platform configurations into YAML-based runtime definitions for AI agents.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, SSO, and RBAC using WorkOS.
• Ensure secure execution environments using Firecracker MicroVMs, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams on deployment automation, scalability, and platform reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React and modern frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI (Python).
• Strong backend expertise in Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs.
• Platform Control Plane and AI Gateway development experience.
• Strong understanding of YAML configuration management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and multi-tenant application architecture.
• Knowledge of secure authentication, OAuth 2.0, WorkOS, and RBAC.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with AI integration patterns and enterprise platform development.

Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React.js.

3. Back-End Development: Design and develop server-side logic using Java, including building RESTful APIs, integrating with databases, and implementing business logic.

4. Database Management: Work with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize database performance.

5. Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring the stability and functionality of the web applications.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience and projects will be considered.

2. Programming Skills:

Requirements

• Strong at problem-solving using Java 8 and above.
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies iterative development.
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are desired.
• Hands-on knowledge of using Spring Boot or Quarkus for building Microservices or API driven solutions.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience in using any RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding or exposure to Cloud-Native development using AWS is an added advantage.
• Any experience in working on projects built using Microservice architecture, esp if using React and Java with Docker is an added advantage.
