Senior Software Engineer ( Java / J2EE )

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java and Angular
• Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product)
• Support application deployment and production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Proficiency in Angular (Angular 8+), TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Maven/Gradle
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

1. Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and scripts within the LOANIQ platform.
2. Build Java-based interfaces and services to integrate LOANIQ with other banking applications (core banking, risk systems, reporting, etc.).
3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
4. Enhance existing LOANIQ functionality to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
5. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure CI/CD compliance for releases.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Support to deliver projects on time.
7. Support production environments, investigate issues, and provide long-term solutions.
8. Act as a technical SME on LOANIQ-related queries and mentor junior developers when needed.

Must Have Skills : Core Java ,Microservices , Angular8, Spring boot framework

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in design, development, and deployment of JAVA/J2EE-based applications, writing PL/SQL queries/store procedures.

Strong hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment of J2EE based application database design, PL/SQL complex queries, and Store procedures XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX

• Expertise on XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX
• Proficient in handling and writing complex PL/SQL queries and Stored procedures
• preferable work experience on JBOSS as an application server or any other J2EE application server
• Should have sound knowledge in product customization, implementation, and maintenance aspects

Job Description

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. DPS is committed to delivering the best digital work experience for the customers employees and customers alike.

Responsibilities:

Independent front- and backend implementation of business functionalities, defined as user stories by the customer, considering the cost-value ratio and maintenance effort for the customer 

Implementation of user stories and incidents, including concept, implementation (including automated unit tests), and communication with the customer within the agile development process.

Database activities such as creation or modification of database schema as well as implementation of database access, queries, and data modification 

Interface realization based on standard principles like REST or SOAP

Implementation of given Identity and Access Management Patterns for securing the application

Analysis and resolution of issues (3rd Level Support).

Documentation of the implementation.

Consultancy in technical and business topics within the applications.

Usage of selected tools for implementation, testing, rollout, and support.

Participation in regular meetings with the client to track the status of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Experience with JEE technologies such as JPA, EJB, CDI, JAAS, and SAML.

Experience in technology related to JEE, like Maven.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON).

Job Description:

We are looking for a Java developer experienced in developing microservices using a framework such as Quarkus, Micronaut or Spring Boot. Your primary responsibility will be to implement these microservices to a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:
