Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own marketing design end-to-end at across the website, long-form content, brand promotions, events, sales collateral- decks, one pagers, social media, and everything in between — as we scale from 1 to 10. (work with marketers - PMM, FM, CM, GM, video designers and junior designers)
This is not a UX or Product Design role.
- Design systems: Build and evolve a scalable design system across the website, brand and marketing collaterals. Create reusable templates and component libraries that let the team execute at scale
- Website design: Own the end-to-end web design experience — collaborate with marketers, manage developer handoffs, and QA implementations for consistency and quality

About the Role

Talent Sourcing & Screening:
