Key Responsibilities

GTM Execution & Demand Creation

• Build and execute Clay-based GTM workflows for outbound and pipeline generation
• Set up and run GTM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and multichannel outreach
• Convert ICPs, intent signals, and triggers into executable GTM motions
• Drive high-quality demand signals tied to revenue, not vanity metrics

Tools, Systems & Workflows

• Work hands-on with CRM, outbound tools, analytics, and reporting platforms
• Manage lead flow from prospecting → outreach → pipeline → CRM
• Track campaign performance and identify breakpoints or inefficiencies
• Maintain clean data, structured workflows, and actionable reporting

Optimization & Iteration

• Diagnose underperforming channels and change approach quickly

Required Skills & Experience

Practical GTM Knowledge

• Familiarity with GTM tools and workflows (hands-on exposure required):
• Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Solid understanding of lead gen, pipeline creation, campaigns, and reporting
• Awareness of what typically works—and what usually breaks—in GTM execution

Hands-On Execution (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience setting up and running GTM campaigns
• Ability to execute standard GTM motions end-to-end

We are building a team whose area of focus will be web GUI development. This will be a horizontal team that will specialize in GUI development and will build GUIs for all our products. Our GUI development platform is a proprietary tool. It has an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which comes with a rich library of widgets. It allows you to design the web page without having to go into details of the HTML/CSS, by using a drag and drop philosophy. Once a widget is in place on a page, one can define the database interactions of the widgets by defining the underlying table structure and SQL queries. In addition to SQL & database knowledge, the work also involves data manipulation using Java programming. Query performance and Java code performance and optimization will be very essential for work. So we are looking for good programmers with UI + Java + SQL background who are keen to take up GUI development as a specialization.

Your Qualifications:

 7 to 12 years of experience with majority as Java engineer

 Strong hands on experience on building application using technologies Java, Spring, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle.

 Experience in building Micro Services using Spring Boot / Go.
